The PRIO Centre on Culture and Violent Conflict (CCC) calls for master's students at the University of Oslo to apply for a place at PRIO as part of the UiO - PRIO Student Programme.
To be considered for this programme, your thesis topic must be thematically related to one of PRIO's ongoing research projects or relevant to the strategic interests of our individual researchers or groups. A set of topic suggestions are listed on theapplication page here, including both broad, generic themes and specific topics.
The topic suggestions which thematically relate to the Centre on Culture and Violent Conflict are:
- Histories of Intervention and Military Cooperation in Africa (SFAssist)
- Artists and art in the context of war and exile (INSPIRE)
- African Politics, Economy and Conflict (SFAssist)
