The episode focuses on music and comic books during the Arab Spring in Egypt. Jacob Høigilt talks about the role of comic books for adults during this time. He describes how comics are used to criticise authoritarian politics, gender relations and oppression of women. He also reflects on the liberating potential of comics and other cultural expressions in this context.
